Hillary Fouts

Dr. Hillary Fouts serves as Vice Provost and Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and Dean of the Graduate School. She is passionate about supporting both undergraduate and graduate students, advancing faculty research, and building a vibrant culture of research at UCCS. Her work reflects a long-standing commitment to helping others pursue their academic and research goals and aspirations. Dr. Fouts was appointed as Dean of the Graduate School in January 2024 and was named VPR in May 2026, serving the campus student and research community in both roles.
